About Decatur Christian Fellowship
Decatur Christian Fellowship is a charismatic church in Decatur that has valued North Alabama for more than 40 years. The church gathers for Sunday morning and Wednesday evening services and teaches a Pentecostal understanding of the baptism in the Holy Spirit, marked first by speaking in tongues. Its ministry to children and teens is a clear part of church life: newborns through 6th grade receive free Biblical lessons during all services, and 7th-12th grade students are served through the teen ministry, The Link. The church also teaches that healing and prosperity are available through Jesus and the New Covenant.
