What to Expect at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bullhead City, Arizona

Service Format: St. John offers two distinct worship services on Sundays:

8:00 AM Traditional Chapel Worship - This service has a more traditional Lutheran liturgy and hymns played on the organ. The pastor delivers a sermon based on the appointed Scripture readings.

11:00 AM Contemporary Worship - This service has a more modern, energetic feel with a praise band leading worship songs. The sermon is still based on the day's Bible readings.

Both services last around 60 minutes. On the 5th Sunday of the month, there is one combined service at 10:00 AM.

Tips for Visitors: - Arrive a few minutes early to find a seat and get settled. - Bulletins with the order of service are provided to help you follow along. - Feel free to participate as much or as little as you're comfortable.
