What to Expect at Flagstaff Indian Bible Church

Welcome to Flagstaff Indian Bible Church! As a first-time visitor, here's what you can expect:

Dress Code: The atmosphere at FIBC is casual and welcoming. You'll see a range of attire, from jeans and t-shirts to more formal wear. The focus is on worshiping the Lord, not outward appearances, so come as you are.

Service Format: The service typically lasts about 1-1.5 hours and follows a traditional format:

- Worship through music (hymns and contemporary Christian songs) - Greeting and announcements - Scripture reading and expository preaching from the pastor - Time for prayer requests and corporate prayer

The sermons are taught in both English and Navajo, honoring the Navajo heritage of the majority of the congregation. Don't worry if you don't understand Navajo - the English portions will allow you to follow along.

Tips for Visitors: - Arrive a few minutes early to get settled and find a seat. Ushers are available to assist you. - Feel free to participate in the worship and respond however you're comfortable (stand, sit, sing along). - There's no obligation to give financially during the offering time - you're our guest. - Children's Sunday School is available during the service for families. - After the service, stick around to meet the pastor and other members of the welcoming congregation. They're excited to have you visit!
