What to Expect: A Visitor's Guide to Christ's Church of the Valley (CCV) - Surprise

Dress Code: At CCV Surprise, we have a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable, whether it's jeans and a t-shirt or something a little dressier. The most important thing is that you come as you are and focus on connecting with God and the community.

Service Format: CCV Surprise offers multiple service times on Saturdays at 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm, as well as Sundays at 8:00 am, 9:30 am, 11:00 am, and 12:30 pm. Each service lasts approximately 75 minutes and includes a time of contemporary worship music, an inspiring message from the Bible, and opportunities to connect with others.

Helpful Tips for Visitors: 1. Arrive 15-20 minutes early. This will give you time to park, check in your kids (if applicable), and find a seat. 2. Look for the Guest Services tent when you arrive. The friendly volunteers there can answer any questions you may have and provide you with a free welcome gift. 3. If you have children, make sure to check them in at one of the self-service or assisted check-in kiosks. This will ensure they are properly registered and can be safely cared for during the service. 4. Feel free to participate in the worship music as much or as little as you're comfortable. Don't worry about keeping up - just focus on connecting with God. 5. During the message, feel free to take notes or simply listen and reflect. The messages are designed to be practical and applicable to everyday life. 6. After the service, stop by the Welcome Center to learn more about ways to get involved at CCV Surprise. The staff and volunteers there are happy to help you find your next steps.
