What to Expect as a First-Time Visitor to Alive Church in Tucson, Arizona

Dress Code: At Alive Church, we have a casual and comfortable atmosphere. Feel free to come as you are, whether that's in jeans and a t-shirt or something a little dressier. The most important thing is that you come ready to engage and connect.

Service Format: Alive Church has two service times on Sundays - 9:30am and 11:00am. Each service lasts around 60-75 minutes and follows a similar format:

- Worship - Get ready to sing along to upbeat, contemporary Christian music led by the Alive Church worship team. Don't worry if you don't know the songs - the lyrics will be displayed on the screens.

- Announcements - You'll hear about upcoming events, ways to get involved, and other important news from the church.

- Message - The lead pastor, Dr. Jeffrey Allen Love, will deliver a relevant, Bible-based message designed to encourage and challenge you in your faith.

- Response Time - At the end of the service, there will be an opportunity to respond to the message through prayer, reflection, or connecting with a church leader.

Tips for Visitors: - Arrive early to allow time for parking and finding a seat. The auditorium fills up quickly, especially for the 9:30am service.

- Check in your kids at Alive Kids (nursery through 5th grade) before the service starts. This gives them a chance to get settled and participate in age-appropriate worship and teaching.

- Don't be afraid to introduce yourself! The Alive Church community is friendly and welcoming. Look for greeters or ushers who can help answer any questions you have.

- Fill out a connection card so the team can follow up and help you get plugged in. You can drop it in the offering boxes or hand it to an usher.
