About Saddleback Church
Saddleback Church in Anaheim is a vibrant Christian congregation with a compelling history of growth and spiritual transformation. Founded in 1980 by Pastor Rick and Kay Warren with a vision to reach people skeptical of traditional church, the church has grown to include multiple Southern California campuses and international locations, baptizing over 50,000 people throughout its 43-year history. Under the current leadership of Pastor Andy Wood, who arrived in 2022, Saddleback continues its mission to urgently lead people toward Jesus and his purposes for their lives. The church emphasizes creating an inclusive, welcoming environment where people from all backgrounds can feel accepted and connected to community. With dedicated ministries for children, students, and families, along with programming designed to help newcomers explore faith through their Activate experience, Saddleback offers multiple pathways for spiritual growth and meaningful connection.

Dress Code: Most people dress very casually in t-shirts, jeans, and tennis shoes, though you are welcome to wear whatever you'd like. Service Format: Weekend services last approximately 60-70 minutes and feature live worship music followed by a message, with Spanish translation available at the Anaheim campus. Visitor Tips: Upon arrival, meet a Welcome Team member at The Hub who will guide you to where you need to go; Saddleback Kids programming is available for children birth through 5th grade, and Student Ministries services are offered for junior high and high school students.
