About Fontana Chriatian Cent
Storm Shelter Ministries, formerly known as Fontana Christian Center, has faithfully served Christ and the community in Fontana, California for over 50 years. The church operates as a missions-oriented Christian ministry with a strong emphasis on both local and international outreach, including partnerships with 14 churches in Kenya, new churches in Uganda, and partner churches in Zimbabwe, along with support for two schools in Kenya. Led by Pastor Bill Henderson, the church holds Sunday afternoon services at 3:30 PM and also offers Spanish language services on Sunday mornings at 10:00 AM led by Pastor Oscar Velasco. Beyond Sunday worship, the church provides Wednesday evening Bible studies and Thursday evening Spanish Bible studies, creating multiple opportunities for spiritual growth and community connection. Storm Shelter Ministries is committed to being the outstretched arms of God to those in crisis, sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ while actively planting churches, opening schools, and serving impoverished communities both locally and worldwide.
