About Armenian Evangelical Union Of North America
The Armenian Evangelical Union of North America (AEUNA) is a fellowship of churches united by Armenian heritage and evangelical Christian tradition, with roots tracing back to the founding of the first Armenian Evangelical church in 1846 in Constantinople. Based in Glendale, California, AEUNA represents more than 30 Armenian Evangelical churches and affiliated institutions across the United States, Canada, and South America. The union is dedicated to serving those of Armenian descent living in the Americas through ministry, mission, and fellowship, striving to unite congregations, pastors, and organizations in the name of Jesus Christ. Under the leadership of Rev. Hendrik Shanazarian as Minister to the Union, AEUNA focuses on developing God-honoring leaders and sustaining vibrant Armenian Evangelical ministry within the community. Visitors are invited to experience worship rooted in both Armenian heritage and evangelical faith.
