What to Expect: First-Time Visitor Guide to Friends Church Sacramento

Dress Code: At Friends Church Sacramento, we have a casual and welcoming atmosphere. You'll see people dressed in anything from suits and dresses to jeans and t-shirts. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and ready to worship with us.

Service Format: Our Sunday morning service starts at 10:00 AM and typically lasts around 60-75 minutes. The service includes a time of worship through music, an engaging Bible-based message from one of our pastors, and opportunities for prayer and reflection. We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of each month.

Tips for Visitors:

1. Arrival and Parking: The church is located at 4001 E St. in Sacramento. Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the church building. Feel free to use any available spot.

2. Greeters and Ushers: When you arrive, you'll be warmly welcomed by our friendly greeters and ushers. They can help you find the sanctuary, answer any questions, and provide you with a program for the service.

3. Seating: Seating in the sanctuary is open, so feel free to sit anywhere you'd like. Our ushers can also assist you in finding a seat.

4. Children's Ministry: We have a vibrant children's ministry program for infants through 5th grade that runs concurrently with the main service. You can check your children in at the kids' check-in area.

5. Restrooms: Restrooms are located in the hallway just outside the sanctuary. Look for the signs to find them easily.

6. Participation: You are welcome to participate in the service as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Feel free to sing, pray, or simply observe.

7. Coffee and Conversation: After the service, we invite you to join us for complimentary coffee and refreshments in the lobby. This is a great opportunity to meet some of our friendly church family.
