Dress Code: Dress conservatively and comfortably—no shorts or bare feet—as the chapel is kept slightly cool to encourage alertness.

Service Format: Services consist of chanting periods alternating with silent meditation lasting 20–40 minutes, often preceded by Energization Exercises; arrive at the start if possible to avoid entering during meditation periods.

Visitor Tips: No experience or registration is required; beginners may start with the Sunday 10am meditation (about 45 minutes) or the Inspirational Service, which offers readings from Paramahansa Yogananda's teachings and is recommended as an excellent introduction.
