What to Expect as a First-Time Visitor to Saddleback Church San Diego

Feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable, whether that's jeans and a t-shirt or something a little dressier. The focus is on creating a welcoming environment where you can connect with God and the community.

Service Format: Saddleback San Diego offers two Sunday services at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Each service lasts around 60-75 minutes and follows a similar format:

- Worship Music: Expect an energetic, contemporary worship experience led by the Saddleback San Diego worship team. - Teaching: The campus pastor, Bob Wood, will deliver a relevant, Bible-based message to encourage and challenge you in your faith. - Communion: On the first Sunday of each month, you'll have the opportunity to partake in communion. - Kids/Youth Programs: Saddleback Kids and student ministries are available during the services for children and youth.

Tips for Visitors: - Arrive early to allow time for parking and finding a seat. The campus can get quite busy, especially at the 11:00 AM service. - Stop by the Welcome Center to pick up a visitors packet and get any questions answered. The friendly team there is happy to help. - Don't feel obligated to participate in anything that makes you uncomfortable, such as the offering. Simply sit back and observe. - After the service, feel free to explore the campus, check out the Saddleback Café, and introduce yourself to the campus pastor or other staff members. - Most importantly, come with an open heart and mind, ready to encounter God and connect with the Saddleback San Diego community.
