About Church Of Jesus Christ Of Lds
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Santa Rosa, California is a Christ-focused community dedicated to helping members grow closer to Jesus Christ through worship, instruction, and service to others. The congregation welcomes visitors of all backgrounds to experience their main worship service, known as sacrament meeting, which features songs, prayers, and talks given by members of the congregation. A defining aspect of their faith is the belief in eternal families and the importance of temple work, where members make sacred covenants with God and perform ordinances to strengthen family bonds both in this life and eternally. The church teaches from both the Bible and the Book of Mormon, viewing them as complementary scriptures that reveal God's love and Jesus Christ's role as Savior.
