Truckee Lutheran Presbyterian Church is a small, friendly, and inclusive congregation located in the historic Church of the Mountains building at 10079 Church Street in Old Town Truckee, where worshippers have gathered for over 150 years. The church is affiliated with both the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), welcoming all who seek God's love and grace regardless of background, identity, or life circumstances. Led by Pastor Rebecca Irelan, the congregation follows the mission to Follow Jesus, Love All, and Serve Others through meaningful yet casual worship services and active community partnerships. The church offers a hybrid Lutheran-Presbyterian liturgy centered on Word and Sacrament, complemented by a rich blend of traditional hymns, contemporary songs, and music from diverse cultures. In addition to Sunday worship, TLPC provides Bible study groups for men and women throughout the month, fostering spiritual growth and community connection in this welcoming mountain congregation.
