About Jesus Reigns Ministries
Jesus Reigns Ministries is a Vallejo congregation with roots in a home gathering begun by the Villegas family in a two-car garage in Rodeo in 2000. Later that year, the church moved to Vallejo and met at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Florida Street. Serge Santos, from the Philippines, was designated Senior Pastor in August 2001. The church serves in English and Tagalog, and its ministries include small groups, youth group, and children’s ministry. The youth group began in 2004, followed by the children’s ministry in March 2009.
