About Palomar Unitarian Universe
Palomar Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in Vista, California welcomes a richly diverse congregation including Humanists, Christians, Buddhists, Jews, Pagans, Atheists, and people of many other faith traditions and backgrounds. Under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Beth Johnson, who has served since 2004, the congregation gathers on Sundays to affirm the shaping power of community while engaging in spiritual growth and social justice work. The fellowship is characterized by its commitment to learning together with open minds and loving hearts, creating what Rev. Johnson describes as a prophetic gift to the world through how the diverse membership lives together. Beyond Sunday services, the congregation meets throughout the week for activities designed to deepen connections, share inspiration, and support one another in the work of building what the UU tradition calls the Beloved Community.
