About Crossroads Ministries USA Inc
Crossroads Ministries USA Inc is a faith-based organization dedicated to serving elderly residents in skilled care centers and assisted living facilities across the United States. Founded in 2002 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the ministry places trained volunteers and chaplains in care facilities to address the spiritual and emotional needs of seniors, recognizing that approximately 85% of care center residents rarely receive personal visits. Operating from Colorado Springs as its headquarters, Crossroads has expanded to serve residents in multiple states including Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas, Hawaii, Illinois, Florida, and California. The organization also established Crossroads School of Chaplaincy in 2007 to train chaplains for this vital work. In addition to volunteer placement, Crossroads is developing the Owen-Larson Hope Home, an innovative assisted living facility designed with resident-centered care at its core, anticipated to open in Fall 2025.
