About Denver Inner City Parish
Denver Inner City Parish is a secular nonprofit organization with Protestant roots that has served the Denver metro community for over 60 years. Originally established in the 1960s as part of a national inner city parish movement, DICP is now the only remaining organization of its kind still in operation. The organization focuses on disrupting the cycle of poverty through participant-driven programs addressing critical community needs including food security, health and nutrition, education, support for older adults, and immigrant services. Staff and board members often have personal experience with the communities they serve, ensuring culturally responsive and inclusive programming.
