Its origins are tied to prayers for protection following the attack on Pearl Harbor on Dec. 8, 1941, and the chapel was dedicated on Sept. 30, 1942. Mass is offered throughout the week, including daily morning Mass Monday through Saturday, a Saturday vigil Mass, Sunday Masses, and a Friday evening St. Pio of Pietrelcina Mass. Services are offered in English and Italian.
