About Royal Palm Baptist Association

The Royal Palm Baptist Association serves as a cooperative network of over 100 Southern Baptist churches across Southwest Florida, including Lee, Collier, and Hendry counties. Established in 1957 with just ten churches and three missions, the Association has grown to encompass congregations from Pine Island and Cape Coral through Fort Myers and the beaches, extending south to Naples and Marco Island. The organization's primary mission is to support pastors, strengthen churches, and connect ministries throughout the region in their shared goal of spreading the Gospel and making disciples of Jesus Christ. Led by Interim Executive Director Hal Wynn and Administrative Assistant Jennifer Horton, the Association provides comprehensive resources including pulpit supply, church planting and revitalization support, pastoral encouragement, and administrative assistance. Visitors interested in finding a Baptist church home in Southwest Florida can reach out to the Association for guidance in connecting with a member congregation that fits their needs.
