About Revive Church Lakeland
Revive Church Lakeland is a contemporary church in Lakeland with roots reaching back to 1906, when it was known as Seward Lake Church. Over the years it became Haskell Baptist Church, Highland City Baptist Church, and First Baptist Church of Highland City before taking the name Revive Church Lakeland in 2019. Its history includes rebuilding after a 1944 fire that destroyed the church building, during which members met in the Highland City School auditorium. The church also began a daycare and preschool ministry in 1999; that ministry became Revive Academy when the church adopted its current name.
