About Miami Shores Presbyterian Church Schools

Miami Shores Presbyterian Church is a welcoming Presbyterian congregation located in Miami Shores, Florida, led by Rev. Dr. Valdir França. The church is built on three core pillars: worshipping God in ways that are meaningful and relevant to the community, welcoming all people regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, abilities, financial situation, country of origin, or age, and building community through partnerships and shared service with others. Worship services are held in person every Sunday at 11 am, with livestream options available for those unable to attend in person. The church also gathers for special occasions throughout the Christian calendar including Advent, Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday, Lent, and Good Friday. As part of their commitment to inclusive community, Miami Shores Presbyterian offers various programs and events, including Vacation Bible Study for children, and maintains an active leadership structure of elders and deacons dedicated to serving the congregation and extending God's love into the broader community.
