About Blessed Trinity Catholic Church
Blessed Trinity Catholic Church is a Catholic parish in Ocala with roots reaching back to 1883, when St. Philip Neri Catholic Church was completed and dedicated. St. Philip Neri became a parish in 1892, and the community later moved to its Southeast 17th Street location after acquiring 18 acres in the mid-1950s. The current church was dedicated in April 1974 and seats close to 1,000 attendees. Parish life includes children’s ministry, youth group, small groups, and public outreach ministries such as Brother’s Keeper and a sister parish in Uganda.
