About Youth With A Mission
Youth with a Mission (YWAM) Orlando is a Christian missionary movement dedicated to mobilizing young believers to serve Jesus and reach the nations with the Gospel. Founded in 1994 by Michael Berg, YWAM Orlando has grown from hosting its first two missionary training schools to training hundreds of young people annually across a renovated campus in Central Florida. The organization emphasizes evangelical Christian beliefs centered on knowing God and making Him known through evangelism, training, and mercy ministries. As an interdenominational organization working with various churches and denominations, YWAM Orlando welcomes young adults seeking activation in discipleship and cross-cultural ministry. The community is characterized by values of being God-led, family-oriented, servant-hearted, committed to discipleship, and fruitful in bearing spiritual fruit for God's glory.
