About Episcopal Church of the Advent
The Episcopal Church of the Advent is a welcoming faith community located in Palm City, Florida, founded in 1986 by a committed group of 25 members. The church has grown substantially over its nearly four-decade history, moving from its original fellowship hall to a dedicated church building constructed in 1999. Today, the congregation gathers for Holy Eucharist every Sunday at 10:00 AM, with Sunday School available for children ages two and up, followed by coffee hour and fellowship in the Parish Hall. The church emphasizes an Anglican worship tradition rooted in Scripture and the Holy Spirit, welcoming all people regardless of their spiritual journey. Their ministries span worship, Christian education for youth, outreach, and spiritual growth opportunities for the entire congregation.
