About A Place In Time Christian Ministries
A Place In Time Christian Ministries is a faith-based food pantry serving low-income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities across Broward County, Florida since 2006. Founded by Tricia and Pete Heng on the conviction that everyone deserves to encounter God's love with dignity, the ministry distributes groceries to over 350 families monthly while operating entirely through volunteer efforts. Beyond food assistance, the organization offers holiday and special-occasion baskets to bring celebration to families during important moments. Located in Pembroke Pines, the church maintains transparent financial practices and keeps overhead low so nearly every dollar supports families in need. Visitors and volunteers are welcomed to participate in distribution days or support the ministry through donations and food drives.
