About First United Methodist Church
First United Methodist Church of Pensacola, located at 6 East Wright Street, welcomes visitors to experience worship through three distinct Sunday morning services. The Traditional Services at 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. in the Main Sanctuary feature sermons from the senior and associate pastors accompanied by the Main Sanctuary Choir. The ICON Service at 11:00 a.m. in the Upper Room offers a blend of traditional and contemporary music under the leadership of Rev. Brennan Peacock. All services follow the Revised Common Lectionary, celebrate Communion weekly, and include a special sermon for children, creating a family-friendly worship environment. The church provides nursery care for infants through four-year-olds and Sunday School opportunities for all ages, alongside online worship options for those unable to attend in person.
