Christian Service Center is a Full Gospel, Spirit-filled church located in Saint Petersburg, Florida, founded in 1977 by Pastors Bill and Elnora Owens. The church began as a daily Bible training center and expanded into a full congregation in 1979, growing to include extensive local and foreign mission outreach across Africa, the Caribbean, Central America, and the United Kingdom. As a family-oriented church, CSC serves members from infancy through retirement and emphasizes prayer, ministry, teaching, training, fellowship, evangelism, praise, and worship. The congregation operates a Bible school called the New Creation Ministry Training Center and maintains an active schedule of Sunday worship services, intercessory prayer meetings, and discipleship programs. Visitors are welcomed to experience the church's commitment to teaching the uncompromised Word of God and preparing Christians for spiritual service.
