Episcopal Children's Services in Yulee, Florida is a ministry dedicated to helping underserved children in Northeast and Central Florida succeed in school and beyond. For over 50 years, the organization has provided crucial early childhood education programs including Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK), Head Start, School Readiness, and Child Care Resource & Referral services to families throughout the region. ECS4Kids serves over 5,000 VPK students annually, operates 30 Head Start and Early Head Start centers, and supports more than 27,000 children and families across 14 counties. The organization empowers communities to rise above generational poverty through comprehensive early childhood education and holistic family support, fostering motor development, cognitive growth, social-emotional learning, language skills, and problem-solving abilities in young children.
