About National Church Residence
National Church Residences is a nationwide nonprofit organization rooted in Christian service and commitment to older adults. Founded in 1961 by Reverend John R. Glenn and four Ohio Presbyterian churches, the organization has grown to serve over 70,000 seniors across more than 350 communities in 23 states. National Church Residences provides a comprehensive continuum of care including senior affordable housing, independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, primary care, home health services, and hospice care. Guided by core values of purposeful service, compassion, inclusion, excellence, and servant leadership, the organization employs over 2,300 staff members dedicated to caring for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—while fostering dignity, connection, and purpose in the lives of the seniors it serves.
