Life Center is an international church in the Augusta area that welcomes people from all races, cultures, and backgrounds. The church began in 1992 as Abundant Life Center in a storefront on La Petit Plaza, after Pastor Ohmes received the vision for the church. Today, Life Center describes itself as a house of healing and prayer. Worship is contemporary, with regular gatherings on Sunday morning, Sunday evening, and Wednesday night. Children’s ministry is part of the church’s life, and a self-serve nursery is available during all services.
