What to Expect as a First-Time Visitor to Gateway Church

Welcome to Gateway Church! We're excited to have you join us and want you to feel right at home. Here's a quick guide on what to expect as a first-time visitor:

Dress Code At Gateway, you'll find a relaxed, casual atmosphere. Most people dress in a wide range of styles, from jeans and t-shirts to business casual. Come as you are and don't worry about looking a certain way - we care more about welcoming you than what you're wearing.

Service Format Our Sunday services are held at 9:15 am and 11:00 am. Each service lasts about 60-75 minutes and includes a time of worship through music, a relevant biblical message from our pastor, and opportunities to connect with others. Feel free to participate as much or as little as you're comfortable.

Tips for Visitors - Arrive a little early to allow time for parking and finding a seat. - Stop by the Welcome Desk in the lobby to pick up a visitor packet and get any questions answered. - Grab a free cup of coffee or tea in the cafe before the service starts. - If you have kids, check them in at the Children's Ministry area before the service. They'll be well cared for in a safe, age-appropriate environment. - During the service, don't feel obligated to participate in things like offering or communion - just observe if you prefer. - After the service, stick around to meet some new people! Our ushers and greeters are happy to point you toward our coffee and snacks.
