About Church Of Christ
Church Of Christ in Hogansville is a traditional Church of Christ congregation that emphasizes following the teachings found in God’s word and rejects man-made creeds and doctrines. Worship reflects New Testament practices, including congregational acapella singing without instrumental accompaniment and the Lord’s Supper each Sunday. Sunday gatherings include Pew Packers, Sunday School, worship, and a Congregational Bible Hour, with Bible study on Wednesday evenings. The congregation also has a children’s ministry. Bradley serves as minister and has worked with the congregation for 16 years; the church notes that its preacher does not use the titles Pastor or Reverend. On the first three Sundays of each month, a fellowship meal follows worship.
