Blessed Sacrament Church is a Catholic parish in Pauoa Valley on the island of Oahu. Built by the Sacred Heart Fathers in 1938, it began as a mission church in the style of the Southern Californian missions and became a parish of the Diocese of Honolulu in the mid-1940s. The parish is known for regularly offering both the Ordinary Form of the Mass and the Extraordinary Form, also known as the Traditional Latin Mass. It is described as the only parish on Oahu that regularly offers both forms of the Mass.
