About Seicho No-Ie Maui
Seicho No-Ie Maui is a Kahului spiritual center connected with Seicho-No-Ie, a movement founded on March 1, 1930, by Rev. Masaharu Taniguchi and currently led by Rev. Masanobu Taniguchi. Seicho-No-Ie teaches worship of the True Image, or Jisso, and states that it does not create a statue for its principal deity of worship.
