What to Expect at The Moody Church in Chicago

As a first-time visitor to The Moody Church, here's what you can expect:

Dress Code: The Moody Church has a casual and welcoming atmosphere. You'll see people dressed in everything from suits and dresses to jeans and t-shirts. The focus is on celebrating God, not outward appearances, so come as you are.

Service Format: The Sunday service typically lasts around 75-90 minutes and follows a traditional format, including:

- Uplifting worship music led by the Moody Church band and choir - A relevant, Bible-based sermon delivered by one of the pastoral team - Time for prayer, reflection, and response - Opportunities to give tithes and offerings

Services are also live-streamed online if you prefer to attend virtually.

Tips for Visitors:

- Arrive a few minutes early to find parking and get situated. Greeters at the doors will happily point you in the right direction. - Feel free to sit wherever you'd like - there's no need to find a "visitor section." - Participate as much or as little as you'd like in the service.
