What to Expect at Crossroads Christian Church in Joliet, Illinois

Dress Code: At Crossroads, you'll find people dressed in a wide variety of styles, from casual t-shirts and jeans to more formal attire. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable. We're more focused on welcoming you warmly than judging your clothing choices.

Service Format: Crossroads offers two Sunday services at 9:00 AM and 10:45 AM. Each service typically lasts around 60-75 minutes and follows a similar format:

- Upbeat worship music led by the church band - A relevant, Bible-based message from the pastor - Time for prayer and reflection - Opportunities to connect with others and get involved

Childcare is provided for infants through 5th grade during both services. There are also vibrant programs for middle school and high school students.

Tips for Visitors: - Arrive a few minutes early to find parking and get settled. Greeters will be stationed at the entrances to welcome you. - Feel free to sit anywhere - there's no assigned seating. The front sections tend to fill up first. - Participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable. You won't be singled out or put on the spot. - After the service, stop by the Welcome Center to pick up a free gift and get any questions answered. - Stick around for coffee and conversation in the lobby. This is a great way to meet new people and learn more about the church.
