About Meadows Christian Fellowship
Meadows Christian Fellowship is a contemporary church in Rolling Meadows with Sunday worship at 9:30 AM. The church began in 1955 with 17 people meeting in a kindergarten classroom at Kimball Hill School, and in 1961 moved into its first permanent home at Kirchoff Road and Oriole Lane. Led by senior pastor Dr. Michael Mackens, Meadows describes itself as a diverse, multi-generational family of ordinary people learning to follow Jesus together. Its mission is to help people know Jesus Christ through faith, love Him through worship, and become more like Him through discipleship. The church also offers children’s ministry, Kids Club on Wednesday evenings, youth group, and Friday Open Gym for 6th–8th grade students.
