About Brookside Free Methodist Church
Brookside Free Methodist Church in Kokomo, Indiana has served its community since its founding in 1919, when a group gathered for prayer that grew into a formal organization. The church has a rich history of expansion and renewal, including the construction of its main sanctuary in 1927, a move to a new campus along Highway 26 in 1974, and the addition of a gymnasium and youth center completed in 2009. Today, the congregation offers Sunday worship at 10:10 a.m. preceded by life groups, along with Wednesday evening adult prayer and Bible study and youth activities. The church maintains an active ministry focus that extends beyond its facilities to serve God effectively in the wider Kokomo community.
