New Life Counseling and Coaching is a faith-based Christian counseling practice founded in 2002 by Dr. Don Gilbert, serving the Des Moines, Iowa area including Ankeny, West Des Moines, and Pleasant Hill. The organization provides professional outpatient counseling services for adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups, integrating sound psychological theory with Christian principles and Scripture-based guidance. With more than 26 counselors and staff members trained in psychology, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, and nutrition services, New Life aims to equip individuals to heal from past experiences, develop practical life skills, and grow toward personal and relational success.
