About Saint Patrick Catholic Church-Faith Formation
Saint Patrick Catholic Church, established in 1854, is the oldest parish in Black Hawk County, Iowa, and welcomes nearly 4,000 parishioners in Cedar Falls. Located in the heart of the community, the parish serves as a vibrant faith community dedicated to sharing ministry and service, formed by the Word of God and empowered through prayer, Eucharist, and the sacraments. The church offers multiple Mass times throughout the week, including Saturday and Sunday Masses, daily Mass in the chapel, and opportunities for confession and Eucharistic adoration. Beyond worship, Saint Patrick provides comprehensive faith formation programming for all ages, from toddlers through adults, as well as educational partnerships with Saint Patrick Catholic School and Columbus Catholic High School. Visitors are warmly invited to join the community for Mass and are encouraged to register online or visit the Parish Office to receive a welcome bag and learn about involvement opportunities.
