Christ Apostolic Temple Incorporated is a church built on God's Word and Love, founded in 1969 by the Late Bishop Jeremiah Reed and the Late Dr. Willie Mae Reed. Under the leadership of Presiding Bishop Dwight A. Reed and First Lady Jordan Reed, the church teaches the unadulterated Holy Word of God and extends its ministry beyond Sunday worship through extensive community support programs. The congregation provides food assistance, health equity education, mental health workshops, addiction recovery classes, and financial literacy training to serve those in need across the Des Moines area and beyond.
