About Gracepoint
GracePoint Church in Dubuque, Iowa, is a welcoming Presbyterian congregation with a rich history dating back to 1875, when Christian education classes first began in a railroad roundhouse. Originally incorporated as Third Presbyterian Church in 1890, the congregation has grown and evolved over more than a century, moving to its current location at 3100 Windsor Avenue in 1963 and eventually transitioning to the Evangelical Presbyterian Church in 2006, at which point it adopted the name GracePoint. The church emphasizes connection, love, growth, and service to the community, operating a food pantry for working families with minimal income and hosting regular men's groups for prayer and fellowship. Visitors are invited to experience worship at 10:45 a.m. on Sundays, with fellowship time at 10:15 a.m. and a GracePath program beginning at 9:15 a.m., and the church welcomes questions and seeks to connect people to God in a comfortable setting.
