Holy Trinity Lutheran Church is a welcoming congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America located in the heart of Dubuque, Iowa. Founded in 1939 and building its structure in 1948, the church has deep roots in community partnership and service. Today, nearly 90 years later, Holy Trinity remains committed to Christ-centered worship, intergenerational community, care for one another, and love for neighbors. The congregation operates several significant ministries, including Noah's Ark, the oldest preschool in Dubuque serving the community for 50 years with high-quality childcare. Holy Trinity's mission focuses on fostering community where Christ feeds the hungry and sends the faithful, reflecting a strong commitment to addressing food insecurity with dignity and opening its building to serve dozens of community organizations.

Service Format: Traditional worship at 8:30 AM Sundays with organ, piano, bells, and choral music; alternative worship at 10:30 AM Sundays with piano, voice, guitar, and drums; summer unity services at 10:00 AM. Visitor Tips: First-time visitors are invited to join New Member Classes offered several times a year (next classes January 21 or 28 at 6:00 PM) to learn about membership, and can fill out an interest form to connect with community activities, service opportunities, and fellowship events.
