About Faith United Church Of Christ
Faith United Church of Christ in Tripoli, Iowa, is a welcoming congregation with deep roots in the community, tracing its heritage back to 1880 when circuit riders began holding services in the local schoolhouse. The church is the result of a 1962 merger between the First Congregational Church and St. Peters Evangelical and Reformed Church, bringing together centuries of tradition within the United Church of Christ denomination. Today, Faith UCC emphasizes dynamic worship, biblical teaching, and a vision of being a church without walls—reaching beyond the sanctuary to serve the lost and broken in their city. The congregation values fellowship, the authority of Scripture, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit as they seek to grow closer to God and one another. Visitors are warmly welcomed by ushers and volunteers who ensure that all who enter feel loved and accepted, regardless of whether they are longtime members or exploring the church for the first time.
