Operating with the vision to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God, the ministry provides comprehensive assistance including rent and utility support, food pantry services, financial counseling, and minor home repair across Jackson and Clay Counties in Missouri and Wyandotte County in Kansas. Supported by 48 partner Lutheran congregations from both the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, Metropolitan Lutheran Ministry embodies Lutheran commitment to social justice and community care.
