Village Presbyterian Church Food Pantry & Clothes Closet, located in the Tillotson Building in Overland Park, Kansas, is a ministry dedicated to serving neighbors in need with compassion and dignity. Operating since 1998, the pantry provides food assistance, clothing, household goods, and personal care products to approximately 1,500 recipients monthly, supported by about 170 dedicated volunteers contributing 1,500 hours of service each month. The pantry operates with no geographical boundaries, allowing recipients to select their own items within household size guidelines from fresh produce, bread, dairy products, meat donated from local grocery stores, shelf-stable goods, gently used and new clothing for all ages, and personal hygiene and cleaning products. As part of Village Presbyterian Church, a thoughtful and inclusive family of faith in the Presbyterian Church (USA) tradition, the food pantry embodies the church's mission to show God's love through acts of mercy, justice, and righteousness to those in need.

Service Format: Food assistance is available by appointment only; call 913-671-2315 between 9:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Monday–Friday or 9:30–11 a.m. Saturday to schedule. The pantry is open Monday–Friday 10 a.m.–2:30 p.m., Saturday 9–11:30 a.m., and closed Sunday. Visitor Tips: One-on-one volunteers provide personal assistance to each person who visits. Recipients choose their own items from available food, clothing, household goods, and personal care products.
