First Presbyterian Church is a historic Presbyterian congregation in Catlettsburg, Kentucky, with traditional worship on Sunday morning. The church was organized in 1852 with 16 members, renamed First Presbyterian Church of Catlettsburg in 1867, and its current building was dedicated in 1875. Its history includes Dr. Samuel D. Boggs, who became the first full-time pastor in 1888, and Richard Brown, Lay Pastor, who was commissioned in 1996 and has served since then. Sunday School is held before the Sunday worship service, and the church also gathers on Wednesday evenings.
