Service Format: First Church offers both traditional and contemporary services lasting about an hour, beginning with music, followed by a time for children with biblical teaching and prayer, a sermon from the Senior Pastor, and a time of giving; the 11am traditional service in the Main Sanctuary features hymns and pipe organ music, while the 9am contemporary service in Asbury Hall includes varied music and visual support led by the Good News at Nine Praise Band.

Visitor Tips: A nursery is available for infants through three-year-olds from 9am to 12pm on Sundays, and a Prayground and "Little Church" program are offered for younger children during services; on-street parking is limited on Washington Street, but you can park behind Paul Sawyier Public Library or use the downtown or Capital Plaza parking structures.
