Its present site has been home to the congregation since the first building there was erected in 1903, and the church rebuilt after a 1949 fire, holding its first service in the new building on Christmas Day of that year. The present sanctuary was dedicated on October 5, 1969. Kelly Baptist Church describes itself as mission minded, with a history of supporting home and foreign mission programs.
