About Southside Church of Christ
Southside Church of Christ in Hopkinsville traces its beginning to a vision in 1958. The congregation completed its red brick building in 1960, with space for a nursery, offices, a large meeting room, and classrooms. An education building was added across the street in the early 1970s, and the church recently completed a Family Life Center behind it. The congregation offers Sunday morning Bible study and worship, along with Wednesday evening Bible study. Its facilities have been used for Vacation Bible School, Camp Can Do, and a Food Pantry, and the church also has children’s ministry and small groups.
